It was my first ever manicure, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Happy with the result, however wasn’t quite an hour as advertised, this could have been because I bite my nails so there wasn't much to ‘shape’. Beautiful place and welcoming / attentive staff, would come again.

Pallavi is amazing - cannot recommend her enough. Not only is she really good at what she does, but she is also really friendly and warm (as are the other girls in there). Best place to go!

I was very comfortable and liked the spa music, the massage movements the technician did were very soothing. I would have liked the technician to ask if I had any sensitivities as the first two products burned my skin slightly. I also expected the in depth review of my skin to be done under a ring light as turning on the main overhead lights was jarring to the feeling of relaxation I had. However I would return as in general the attention to detail and friendliness was great,
