I was very comfortable and liked the spa music, the massage movements the technician did were very soothing. I would have liked the technician to ask if I had any sensitivities as the first two products burned my skin slightly. I also expected the in depth review of my skin to be done under a ring light as turning on the main overhead lights was jarring to the feeling of relaxation I had. However I would return as in general the attention to detail and friendliness was great,

Pallavi is so wonderful! She is incredibly skilled at her job and such a joy to talk to. The salon is also gorgeous. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
