The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly lady on reception. It's the first time I've been to this salon and I found the decor and ambiance warm and welcoming. I was taken in to the treatment room on time and my therapist Pallavi took great care of me. I had a half leg wax (Wahanda deal for £18). I was impressed with the roller machine she used to apply the wax, as it mean it went on evenly, quickly and wasn't too thick anywhere which generally made the process less messy and quicker and probably less painful. I was in and out within 25 minutes. The only reason I didn't give ambiance a 5 is because the salon is on a busy road so you can hear traffic in the background but I would definitely return here again.
