Dale listened carefully to what I thought I wanted. He made some suggestions which showed complete understanding of the way my hair responds to being cut.
If I’d had a picture of what I wanted - Dale achieved it 100%!
Dale is also really easy to have a conversation with and he makes his clients feel valued and comfortable.

Dale has been doing my hair forever. It is more like seeing a friend than just getting your hair cut. Dale always listens and is extremely good at explaining any concerns I may have. I can also suggest things and he always tries to incorporate them or explain why it wouldn't be best for me. I trust him completely.
