Dale has been my hairdresser for many years .. he is extremely talented and professional..and always cheerful and welcoming The addition of Heidi to the Salon has been very good for Pelo ..she is very experienced and a great stylist :)

I made a happy return to Pelo after lockdown forced two appointments be cancelled. I couldn't wait to get back there and I wasn't disappointed. From start to finish, an exceptional experience. Dale and Heidi go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. I had a cut and colour (washed down with a sneaky glass of fizz which I'd brought in as celebration!) and an amazing head massage from Dale too. The salon is spotless and I'll be back again soon!

I've had Dale mostly cutting and highlighting my hair before Covid and I have always been extremely happy with the results. Because of demand and lack of appts with Dale, I arranged an appt with Heidi. Initially I was a bit worried with someone else doing my hair but I needn't have been because I am really pleased with the way Heidi has cut and highlightedt it. So Heidi has cut my hair twice now, with two completely different styles and I've been very happy both times with colour and cut!

Heidi has highlighted and cut my hair twice now and I’m extremely happy with the results. She has always made me feel comfortable, relaxed and has shared lots of sound advice on how to maintain and look after my hair between visits. She has a wealth of experience from her career in hairdressing and her customer service skills are second to none. I always look forward to going for the entire experience - thank you Heidi! 😊

Heidi always welcoming and understands exactly the style you are trying to achieve. Had many compliments about my hair after each visit . Would recommend to any friend.
