Erika listened to me when I wasn't sure what to have done, she was thoughtful and made good suggestions. I trusted her and was rewarded with a lovely head of hair and coloured parts which really enhanced the overall look. Erika took time and trimmed effectively at the end. A really warm and welcoming experience.
