Had a good first experience, wasn’t as straight forward as I was hoping but felt reassured to know my nails were sorted.
Extremely poor experience. The door was locked upon arrival. I booked an appointment with the intention to have my lash extensions removed and expected to have them taken out with care, however, the curious substance the therapist used got into my eyes and stung awfully. In addition to this, some of the skin under my eyes burned and peeled off due to harsh rubbing. No apologies made. I received a completely unbothered vibe from the staff. Some of the women were nice enough, yet seemed to lack experience.
