Zaynab wasn’t there, it was Oana who I had the booking with. She was great. The waxing was very neat and hygienic and Oana was friendly and considerate. Thank you!

Wax was done very quickly but very well. The therapist was friendly and chatty. No complaints!

My sister and I booked a facial treatment and we wanted it done at the same time with different people. When we got to the salon firstly it was locked, secondly we got told that they don’t have time because one of the beauticians that we booked doesn’t work there anymore and the other one had already appointments of her own and she had one before us which she hadn’t even started (one of us had booked with her). We got told to reschedule but we travelled from far so we left. The system is broken!
