My therapist was great - really friendly and did a decent job but the salon was a mess. It was so dirty. There was old wax and hair on all of the equipment, the bed and the floor. I didn’t have a towel to cover myself whilst I waited. The therapist had to leave the room to get equipment and I was left there with the no bottom half covering for a fair while. The vibe between staff was awkward, the bed was wedged into the corner and I couldn’t fit on it (I’m 5’8) and couldn’t lie flat onto it. I expected so much more through Treatwell for what wasn’t a cheap experience. Zainab is great but the venue really is not. I’m not happy to be paying for an experience that didn’t feel hygienic.

I make sure to see Zainab for my Hollywood wax. She makes me feel really comfortable throughout and does the job really quickly and efficiently. I won’t go anywhere else for this!
ALways love my lashes from Gabriella. She is a lovely girl and such a perfectionist. As a lash tech myself it’s great having someone I trust do my lashes. Definitely recommend.
