Absolutely awful experience and i use to visit this place a lot.
I booked three treatments, started my pedi and mani first at 5pm but as she made so many mistakes it went over the 1.5 hours. Then she kept rushing the process.
Manicure: She was not able to do a french manicure because she can't do it free hand. Then we decided on another colour, she couldn't get shape of the nails right.
The varnish went all over my hand, it was done very messy. The finished result looks like a 5 year old did it.
Hollywood wax. This was a very painful experience. She wasn't quick enough. The technique was wrong. She kept going over some areas almost 4 or 5 times then she tweezed some parts and kept snagging my skin. It took almost 40 minutes to do A HOLLYWOOD WAX!!
This use to be my local go to place BUT never going back again. Absolutely awful experience.

My waxing done by Oana was quick and attentive to details,for sure I will be back for more.
After my waxing I asked can I get facial done and she manage to do it and I left happy relaxed and wth great looking skin

Had a lovely experience with Oana at Peppermint today. Even though she was not my usual beauty therapist, she made me feel comfortable. I recommend to book with her as she made the wax virtually painless. Will definitely be returning and booking with her again!
The girls were lovely and my gel mani was good looking but lifted and peeled within 6 days
