Did not take all of the hairs out. It was extra painful with all the extra tugging instead of just ripping the strip off in one go. I'm a regular customer and am normally very satisfied with my treatment, but not happy with this one.

I got a haircut from Claudia. She was lovely and attentive: she didn't just ask me what haircut i wanted, but was interested in understanding why i wanted it and helped me achieve the look i was going for in the best way 😊. I think my cut would not have turned out so well if she didn't... So thank you so much Claudia for refreshing my hair and for the great advice you gave me along the way! Your thoughtfulness is really appreciated ❤️
