I liked my experience. I think the in-take process should be more personal, for example the lady at the reception could introduce herself etc.
The massage provided by Rose was really good. I said I liked medium pressure and my shoulders were the main problem and Rose simply knew what I needed. She did a great treatment and asked all the right questions. She made my day.

Lovely salon, all the staff are excellent and the experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. However, if you're looking for a real deep tissue massage, I wouldn't recommend as the therapist wasn't able to really do this and the techniques were not what would be used for real deep tissue. For any other massage, I would highly recommend as they are brilliant and made me feel so comfortable and reassured.

Great massage even sorted out problem with my toe and gave good advice on strtching. Already recommended a friend.
