I've been to Perea Angel twice now, at 22 and 26 weeks, and both times have been immensely helpful in relieving tension resulting from a growing bump. Heather has been really great - attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. Don't expect candles and soothing music here – but if it's therapy that is targeted and effective that you're after, then I'd definitely recommend.
