Madalina is absolutely amazing. It was my first time attending and having a Brazilian wax treatment. She was so patient, considerate and understanding. More importantly. I felt very safe. She makes an active effort to think from the client's perspective and did EVERYTHING she could to make me feel comfortable. I was able to chat and laugh with her throughout. At the same time she was very knowledgeable and gave me numerous beauty tips. Will definitely be seeing her again!💕
