The experience wasn't awful but was a bit strange. When I came in they didn't sit down and ask what I wanted, they took me straight to get my hair washed. The hairdresser then went to blow-dry it straight away but I said that I'd asked for a cut and blow-dry and always have my hair cut whilst it's wet. She told me it was hard to do because my hair would be straighter when it's wet, but my hair is only a bit wavy and no other hairdresser has ever said that. I made a point that I didn't want to much length cut off, but it is shorter than I would have preferred. Which I would have been fine with bit the layers are really clumpy/ staggered and not gradual at all. I've had worse haircuts but I wouldn't go back.

Therapist left me waiting 15 mins in the waxing room whilst she did a blow dry - when I had booked my appointment to work around my day, the treatments were okay but the skin wasn’t held taught whilst doing wax which caused me to flinch and feel uncomfortable.
