Eyebrows look terrible, one side not bad, but the other is terrible.
Didn’t realise until I got home as she covered them over with a dark brow pencil.
Clearly not trained, won’t be going again and definitely won’t recommend this salon

Really disappointed I booked a hair up for a wedding my appointment was at 10 however the shop didn't open until 10.10. I said during the appointment I was worried it may drop as it didn't feel secure and the lady said she would grip it. The style had dropped within an hour and I had to take it out before the night do as so much had fallen down. The staff were ok but talked more to each other than to me and I didn't feel like they were very interested in getting the look I wanted. I had brought pictures.

Great. Wax as thorough as ever. Asked for my eyebrows threading too which the accommodated with no problems. Really happy and will be back.

Horrible. I booked a ladies waxing but she ended up threading my eyebrows without asking me! She then asked me if I wanted my lip waxed or threaded but then proceeded to do both! I also had a haircut but when I came home I noticed that it’s not cut properly! I specifically asked for a full fringe but she cut a side fringe. The staff make you feel so uncomfortable. I only went here because it’s local and wanted to support a local business. Big mistake!!
