the staff were very efficient and wasted no time getting my treatments started. they all work very well together. will definitely be a return customer. my eyebrows are fab and my hair is a lovely colour and beautifully styled.

This has to be the worst and most unprofessional experience to date! I only wanted to try this salon because of the great reviews.
I made my appointment for 10am. I arrived and was told to sit in the waiting area. The lady was with someone when I arrived (assumed there were other people working in the salon) at 10.25 the lady finally came over to me and said because they open at 10am, that is why the appointment is running late because they need to heat up the wax. I am sure this is not the first time they have had to wax someone! They were extremely unprofessional! And her colleague walked in half way through my appointment, she also didn’t advise aftercare and didn’t bother with me after the appointment!
I actually suggested she not advertise 10am waxing appointments! But she said treatments like eyebrow threading can start at 10am. It’s only body waxing which needs longer time. Well my argument is, you should have told me! Then I wouldn’t have been sitting there for 25 minutes!! Without anyone explaining to me!!!
The whole experience was a disaster. The only reason why I stayed was because I pre-paid for it!!

Arrived and was seen on time for our appointment. was given a choice to sit with my child on my knee or on his own. Decided to try him on his own and there were some booster pillows for him. His cut was done quickly in about 10 minutes and was done quite well given the fact he's 2 and doesn't want to sit still. A downside is that you can't pay with card which is fine for a child's haircut but not if you are looking to get a more expensive treatment as the cash machine down the street charges you.
