I had a bad back and wanted to see an oestopath @ the Pall Mall branch. The guy that was meant to be the oestopath didn't speak English and was way to aggressive with his acupuncture and manipulation. I had two back spasms during my treatment which made me scream & nearly pass out. I could hardly walk when I left. I would like a full refund of the one hundred and eighty eight pounds I spent for my treatment. My reference number was T879248950. I paid 125 and then had to pay a further 63 pounds.
