Sadly this was not a good massage. I have gotten better massages from student massage therapists. I actually felt a lot worse after the massage than before. One technical thing I noticed that bothered me was the massage away from the heart, towards the limb extremities which in western massage at least is considered risky as it can disturb the lymphatic system drainage.
