The team were so lovely. I brought in what was a bit of a complicated Christmas design and they did an amazing job. A few of the team helped out and it looked amazingby the end. 100% worth it. Thank you!

Rushed service. I had to go to another salon to have my nails filed and changed as the set put on was wonky and thick, with all nails different lengths. They didn’t even disinfect my nails first. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and just did what they could be bothered to do. Really cheap products used.

I’ve been to this salon quite a few times but the last two times have been really terrible. One time they cut my cuticle so it bled and filed down some nails way shorter than the rest. Another nicer therapist took over and did a good job of fixing it so I felt happy with the end result. This time returning my nails looks so amateur. When I said I wasn’t happy he was really rude and said “you always complain just pay”. Never going back there again - it’s gone so downhill! Such a shame!
