I usually love coming here as they do great nails however this time I simply had to wait too long. I booked an appointment (for a take off and full set) at a specific time and was on time but I waited 15 minutes before I was even shown the nail colour chart and a further 30 minutes passed before they had even started my new set. An hour and 20 minutes in they hadn’t even began painting the nails and I ended up missing my train and having to get the next one which cost me £10 more.

I love Perfect Image Nails. Jenny did my pedicure today and she was meticulous yet friendly and was excellent! Danny did my manicure, and what can I say, he is the best! This is my favourite place for a meni pedi. Love the team and love the service!
