Really lovely and polite staff. I usually rushed to choose a colourat other nail bars however the lady allowed me to take my time. Overall, a really enjoyable and relaxing experience and I am 100% happy with my sns nails and shellac pedi - (Water couldhave just been a bit warmer for the pedi as it got cold really quickly) I will definitely be returning!

The venue was nice but I definitely wouldn’t recommend having dipping powder done here. Made my nails look very chunky and too wide for my fingers. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed as the staff were so dismissive when I brought it up.

Probably the best infill I've ever had. The attention to detail is amazing and they were very friendly. Only thing is that I was asked if I would like shellac paint, after we had finished and I went to leave (as I had paid £17 online. I was told to pay £10 extra as I had shellac. I wasn't told when she asked that it would be extra money. They did let me go without paying the extra £10 and i chalk this down to miscommunication. But tbh the quality of the nails, I would pay £27 for their infill.
