got biab infill and the guy cut them down shorter than i wanted i proceeded to ask for biab extension to make my nails a tiny bit longer and he huffed and puffed the entire time and made my nails way longer when i ask for him just make it a tiny bit longer from where he cut them down and huffed again making seem like i was such a inconvenience and left so much biab underneath , been going here for about year now as a loyal customer and it’s sad to see how i was treated for a simple request
