Always a 10/10 experience. The techs are super friendly and professional and work fast without sacrificing quality - they make sure everything is exactly how you want it, and do beautiful designs with manicures that last ages without lifting.

The salon itself is clean and the service was okay — nothing exceptional, but not terrible either. My nails turned out fine, but what really bothered me was the communication. When I asked a question about the nail color or the price, the staff would respond briefly, then immediately switch to speaking another language amongst themselves. It felt dismissive and honestly, a bit rude.
