I’ve visited many times with good experiences, but this £40 gel pedicure was disappointing. The massage chair wasn’t offered, and I was told French tips weren’t possible due to shorter toe length. French tips depend on nail shape, length, and technician skill, many can adapt them to shorter nails. Scrubbing was rushed, and when I asked for more, staff member changed as he was uncomfortable, yet I was told I was the problem. I felt pressured to have my toes one colour and left feeling insulted
