I’ve always had 5* nail treatments here, but this time I had an unfortunate manicure experience with a trainee: an overly severe trim and then polish seeping into cuticles. Three days later, the cuticles are ragged, sore and frankly, my hands look worse than before my visit. A little more emphasis on training, pampering client and fluffy towels required please.
