Kevin knows what would look best by looking at a client. I think communicating before the cut, he could be more confident about voicing his opinions, although he slwas good at following the notes I provided and the cut turned out really well. I'm glad my first visit turned out so well.

Prepaid In advance for both hair and nails but only received my hair getting done due to the nail stylist not knowing I was there as she didn’t check her bookings waited 3 hours then had to leave was told to come back this morning to get what I paid for which then was emailed at 9:46 saying that the time and date I booked for wasn’t available and to contact her to reschedule. Received another email that it was booked tomorrow at 10am I’m from Islington and work down there.can’t even get a refund
