Staff were friendly but my therapist did keep coming and going during my treatments. The facial was really nice and the eyebrow wax and leg wax were fine, nothing to complain about there and I would go again. I will not be having another bikini wax there though! The therapist did not tension my skin so I bled and I'm left with uncomfortable bruises in my groin that I've never had from a bikini wax before. This was 3 days ago and they are still massive! Mostly good but go elsewhere for a bikini wax
