Jess is her product and her skills and expertise shine through. She has an eye for detail and is super reassuring and won't do anything you're not happy with, which is great as some therapists like to do what they think is best for you. She's easy to talk to and very very good at what she does. Her cleanliness in her work environment is fantastic, especially since I had my brows done during Covid. She's also an excellent communicator. You won't regret using her services.
