I have a mixed experience, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes as the previous appointment overran only to find out that the equipment needed for my treatment hadn’t arrived. A refund was provided. I felt quite uncomfortable talking about my treatment with members of the public walking to their hotel rooms - just a minor point.
