The manicure was okay, however the gel is already wearing off and I've been charged extra for removal, which I don't think was at all professional, since it should be told from the beginning. I've been having gel manicures with treatwell, yet this has never happened to me. It was rather unprofessional and safe to say that will be my only visit.

The technician took longer than expected to remove the shellac on my nails (1hour just to remove). She explained that what I had was a strong shellac and she didn’t have the right tools to remove it quicker. Overall, the manicure was good and I decided to not have another shellac done because it was taking too long
