I got a Gel Mani & Pedi. When I booked the cost was listed as £35. She felt rushed & not overly attentive. I was surprised when at the end the cost was £45. After leaving I realised that the gel polish on my toe was smudged. I called but no one answered. When I finally got through they said they would be unable to fix it that day as the nail tech was away. When booking I thought this was a nail salon and was shocked there is 1nail tech. Over the next days other polish came off. Disappointing

The place was nice and clean and the lady was friendly but was too harsh on my eyebrows. She used strip wax which I think is too harsh for the sensitive area and I now have marks where it has damaged the skin.
