A Lovely welcome, the lady who did my wash and blow was brilliant she styled my hair very well. The lady who did my waxing was also excellent, very thorough and made sure I was okay all the way through as I was nervous about the pain. She reassured me and it was pain free and she was so fast so I had time to get on with the rest of my day. Thank you so much.

I'd definitely go back, it was clean, quick, painless and good value for money. It would have been great to be greeted with a smile and for the staff to seem a little more interested in the questions they were asking but to be honest I'm not really too bothered about that, it's just a bonus. I prefer to have efficiency and the lady was really efficient and I was in and out in a jiffy.

The eyebrow waxing wasn't great. My eyebrows are different shape but I'm ok with that as long as they look tidy and the length is the same .. unfortunately one of them was waxed too short and the other too much of the top. The space between the brows had lots of little hair left. I also had a top lip wax there .. the same issue .. lots of little hair left. I want to support local businesses I really do but I feel like in this particular place the lady .. although quite lovely, didn't listen or simply rushed it. I might go back for a wax in places I don't care for so much .. like legs but definitely not my face .. esp brows.
