Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon due to the staff having no respect for client privacy. The staff member performing my wax did not leave the room for me to undress, simply just telling me to 'strip off' and watched whilst I did so. She then had me lay on stained towels, and at one point during the wax she actually left the room - opening the door to a busy hallway where anyone walking past could see every part of me! She then opened the door wide again when coming back into the room, with no regard for my own privacy. I was so embarrassed, I could not get out of there fast enough.

I got the haircut that I asked for, it’s a clean salon and the lady who cut my hair was nice. Only issue was the language barrier as the lady cutting my hair didn’t speak a lot of English, doesn’t bother me at all but if you’re having something more complicated than a simple haircut that might be difficult to communicate!

It was my first time visiting this salon. The staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money. I will return.
