The beautician was lovely very warm and welcoming but there wasn't a good choice of nail polishes so I would recommend bring your own. She was a bit over zealous when pushing my cuticles back and cutting the skin around the nail bed to the point it was painful and still sore 5 days later. She then used a sharp metal scraper to go round the edges of the nail where nail polish had gone on to my skin which added to the pain, ouch! My manicure only lasted a couple of days before coming off. She did a good job at getting the dead skin off my feet but the foot spa she used was very amateur and wasn't plugged in so the water went cool while my feet were in it.

Lovely staff and one of the most painless waxes I've ever had, for hardly any money. The trade off is the venue/ambience, but the value and quality of the service far outweighed that for me. Bring cash, there are no card facilities.
