I really is very clean and nice place. It was the first that I did the hot wax. Carla is so kind and friendly. She was quick, but not in rush,because she knows her job very well. 100% that I will back and try all the treat me she has available!

Facial a bit disappointing: cold room, no discussion about my skin, steam/extractions/mask but no massage, therapist was dealing with her texts at one point. £37 for one hour - most of which was non-contact (steam, mask) is quite expensive.

The stylist was lovely and its a nice enough salon, but I had booked a quick blowdry this afternoon but when she washed my hair she said the roots were dry and I should get a cut too. Having been put on the spot like that I agreed and she later charged me £20 extra which I have just seen is an overcharge on the usual price of a wash, cut and blowdry!
