I wish I didn’t have to prepay
And that she didn’t attempt to do just the front because I paid for everything. I called her back to tell her that she should’ve at least did the back. I called back as soon as I left. but she didn’t understand . It didn’t seem that clean. Only a glass window slightly covered up was separating me from the shop floor....
This is the worst experience I’ve ever received! I’m sorry but I’m being honest. I feel like they treated the Asian customers better! And I got there before my appointment time but I was seen 20 minutes after! I have had treatments done before and never have I been disappointed like this before. My hair I wanted the highlights but I didn’t even have a choice of what colour I wanted. She used blonde highlights. My hair looks horrible 😤! The customer service wasn’t all that. It wasn’t a clean environment I went for a facial polish whilst lying down I got wax on my dress. I felt like my treatment was rushed and not done properly. My pedicure and manicure doesn’t even look like I got one! When she was cutting my nails she was using a nail cutter that was old and rusty. I’m very disappointed today because of this I don’t think I will be using Treatwell ever again! 😭
For the money one pays stinginess on strips and wax is not necessary and yet because of this was left with skin ripped off, after wax burns - the staff was on her own and therefore found herself going back and front to the front of the shop.
The waxing experience itself was a joke having to ask her to go over again and again.
I would not recommend or go there again.
