Very pleasant staff. My eyebrows were shaped (threaded) perfectly and both eyebrows and lashes tinted just how I asked.

I don’t really enjoy leaving bad reviews however I got a lash lift here recently and it wasn’t great, they were over-developed so curling back into my eye making my eyelashes look shorter, considering the LVL was £50 this was not great results.
I had to pay a further £15 to a different beautician to remove the perm and now my lashes are slightly damaged which is very annoying as I use a lash serum and have been growing my eyelashes a long time.
Wish I got a refund.
