The staff are unwelcoming, cold and you feel like an inconvenience to them rather than a customer. The young guy that washes hair is very rough and leaves it really tangled. When two other staff were combing it out they even commented on how badly he washes hair, when I questioned why this is still happening, I got some excuses and very little apology. An extremely uncomfortable experience.

Nadia was not available so Sam took over. I asked for a bouncy curly blow dry which he did perfectly. I am without a doubt going to book him again.

Top quality hair cut as per usual. Never let down and never any complaints from what is consistently a great hair cut. I even go to Sam to cut my 4 year old sons hair and now my girlfriend goes to him as he does great women’s hair to!
