Honestly I’m in shock how bad my hair looks, can’t believe it considering the reviews. Had my appointment with Kirsty,just to refresh my layers for a holiday and had my hair completely ruined. I was hoping it would feel different after a wash but it looks terrible - I had layers all my life and this time they look wispy, Frizzy, overall terrible. Took less than 5 minutes to cut my hair. Then after blow drying she went to cut my DRY hair as even though I asked for layers, there was none

Nadia was so lovely and talked through with me what was best for my hair as I hadn’t had it cut for a while. I was worried about it being short and so she cut less off than we originally planned, but she still said to me that if I wanted more trimming off I could come back another time and she would do it free of charge. I thought this was so lovely especially considering that I had asked for my hair to be left slightly longer
