Sam was great, was unsure what style I wanted so he spent time discussing the various options, what he'd recommend and taking into account any preferences I had then checking in throughout in case I wanted any adjustments.

I was pleased with the cut but unfortunately the past two times I’ve been the service has been awful. The staff are unwelcoming, cold and you feel like an inconvenience to them rather than a customer. The young guy that washes hair is very rough and leaves it really tangled. When two other staff were combing it out they even commented on how badly he washes hair, when I questioned why this is still happening, I got some excuses and very little apology. An extremely uncomfortable experience.
