Cost I believe was about average but wasn’t happy that I paid the same as a walk in even though I booked through the app. Owner was nice , stylist I had rarely spoke and hurt me when shampooing my hair. Never was offered a drink and I felt like I was ignored and was in the middle of a mothers meeting especially when your paying over £70 for your hair. I appreciate that the staff usually have their regulars that they can be more comfortable with but I felt this was really unprofessional and it made me feel really uneasy. The card machine wasn’t working so had to pay cash. The cut and colour was nice but not a wow finish.
I am used to jumping from salon to salon using special offers but I wanted to find a regular salon but I won’t be using this one again. Quite disappointed and did not get the Manchester experience the salon boasted it offered😥
