Really lovely, patient good-humoured staff. Very happy with my manicure. There was a surprise fire evacuation halfway through the massage, which couldn't be helped, but the staff were very kind about it and offered me a voucher for the inconvenience/disruption.

I had an eyebrow wax and tint as well as Gel nails and I'm really pleased with the result, will definitely be back!
