Really lovely staff - not pretentious or judgemental. You feel comfortable straightaway - always offer you a drink & good coffee (you'd be surprised what a difference this makes). And most importantly...one of the best haircuts I've ever had - with a consultation that REALLY takes into consideration the type of hair you have and your lifestyle. Thank you to all the staff.
