Peterpenny's was friendly and welcoming - they did not say my hair was in a disastrous condition (which it was a bit) from a previous hairdresser, which was much appreciated. But they discussed with me carefully what they could do for me. A lot of care and attention and nice relaxing music, thank you Peterpenny's!
