Ive always had long hair and wanted to try a short style but always been very nervous to do so. I was recommended Peterpenny’s and brought along some inspiration photos. Micky and I discussed them, I thought we were on the same page. I asked for very minimal layers put in just to thin the hair at the ends but now looks like someone has hacked away at my hair. There are two distinct layers of hair - short and long, no blending. I’m extremely upset and can’t even fix it because it’s so short now.

Micky was attentive, kind and didn't try to force conversation which can be hard when you're not an extrovert. He offered me a drink and then did an excellent wash, cut and blow dry for my curly hair. I'm ready and feel great for my zoom interview later !
