The salon does not use fresh tools for each customer and do not wear gloves. The file they used was old and I could tell it was used on many people. A lot of infections etc. are transmitted during manicures and pedicures and I was surprised the salon does not take adequate care of that. Otherwise, stylists were very pleasant and tried to accommodate as much as they can. If you come with your own tools, you might enjoy the experience! :)
