Very nice little nail bar. Was offered lemon water and complimentary green tea on arrival. I was early and they started my treatement straight away which was nice. Unfortunately the lady that did my nails was quite vigorous with the buffing and cut one of my cuticles but she was very apologetic and I couldn’t fault the rest of the manicure. Very happy with the result. Sadly a very rude woman came in for a walk in appointment and the staff did everything they could to accommodate her but her lack of respect ruined the chilled atmosphere - not the staff’s fault though! Would recommend.

Have really enjoyed the manicure, the first place in the UK in 8 years, where manicure included soaking in warm water and full cuticle work, not just the pushing. The colour choice was also extensive. The ladies at the salon are very welcoming and overall it was a great experience.

Petite it is, but don’t let that fool you! Ann has taken care of every detail and she and Kris provided me with great treatments. It’s very obvious that they genuinely care about their clients and want everyone to have an amazing and relaxing experience. Best mani/pedi I’ve had in London!
