Staff had clearly been overbooked by higher management so an extra treatment chair had been put in the usual treatment room, a bit of a tight squeeze which took away from the ambiance hence the rating for that, was also taken in about half an hour late, but as someone who also works in a customer service based role I understand that sometimes delays can’t be helped especially on a Friday! Despite this the staff were very friendly and professional in general, offered me a free glass of Prosecco and some nibbles while I waited and I was happy with my eyebrows. The only thing that really bothered me was that a member of staff had taken a video of me getting my eyebrows done when I had my eyes closed without my permission and posted it on Instagram. If they had asked I would have had no issue, but I only found out when a friend sent me a message asking if it was me because it was at such an unflattering angle that she wasn’t sure. Pretty sure this goes against data protection and you have to ask permission before filming a customer up close to their face like that in a work environment, especially if you’re taking it for the purpose of posting on an online business page. Would still return as I’ve been several times and never had an issue before. Would just be sure to say if they wanted to film me or take pictures to ask permission first!
