Had a great experience with threading which can be hit and miss sometimes. The massage was very relaxing and Kirsty was nice and friendly to chat to. Will be coming back!

I think as a whole I was slightly disappointed with the customer service, firstly my appointment was moved earlier without my confirmation. Secondly, after the treatment I received an email requesting payment (which was payed via Treatwell) when I emailed back asking them to check this I did not hear back from them and thirdly I booked a 40min facial which in total was about 25mins long. Overall quite expensive and quite disappointing.
