Upon arrival the staff were really welcoming & friendly. The therapist (Sam) was set up & ready for my appointment. I get quite self conscious with waxing as I have PCOS & due to hormone imbalance, hair grows thick & fast in random places but she was chatty & friendly, putting me at ease. She also gave some really good hints & tips on how to help manage some issues that a face. Great place, great service, great staff!
I have been here a couple of time for my nails, really friendly and quick service. My nails always look great !!

Nice place .. reception staff friendly. Beautician was really welcoming and explained the process prior to treatment and was thorough. Just one thing that was missing was a little soothing cream just to cool the skin which wasn't offered.
