I wasn’t quite prepared for how much pain I would be in during and post-massage. Certainly not one for the feint-hearted. I appreciate that the masseuse was doing her best to remove knots and tightness, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience on the whole unfortunately. I would look for something a lot more gentle next time.

Was cold in the room until I asked for the heater which the lady did put on. The room isn't sound proof and you can hear a lot of comings and goings and people talking which kind of ruins the ambience. Biggest gripe was the lady left the room for a few mins to address a customer who had come in for another appointment - but left me partially exposed on the table. Which was fine as she closed the door, but I didn't feel safe knowing anyone could have walked in.
